I loved the room with a huge comfy bed – it was so cozy! the free breakfast was delicious and check-in was quick and easy. They even had a shuttle from the airport 🚌.

No microwave anywhere to heat water or anything else. I drink mostly hot/warm drinks but not coffee so I need a microwave to do so. It never occurred to me that I would need to request one when I made the reservation. I've never had a problem w/ any other hotel.

All the staff is accommodating and is engaged to make your stay very comfortable. It offers big size rooms with 12 floors, a comfortable bed, access to the executive lounge which had an amazing breakfast on Friday.

The location is marvelous, right next to the subway which is perfect for getting around. The breakfast is very tasty with a variety of dishes to choose from. The staff truly cares about the guests and provides excellent service, including a shuttle service from the airport.

No eggs and the bed was fine.

Not enough elevators. It was very hard to use them to go down in the morning because they were full and stopped at every floor. I used the stair going down and then I couldn't find the lobby floor. It was way to hot in the lobby where the bar was....

I didn't not care for the layout for the garage. It was very small for the number of people staying at the hotel.

The staff were all very hospitable and the location was favorable near the airport. Enjoyed the well-appointed and good-sized rooms. - the service was good, including a friendly check-in. - Took advantage of the parking onsite.

We reserved a room that includes access to the executive lounge which had an amazing breakfast on Friday. Unfortunately there was no Saturday or Sunday breakfast included. The rooms were very clean, the staff was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. Even the shampoo and soaps were nice. The relish restaurant in the hotel was good. Close to metro access.

Breakfast should've been available every day not just one day. The parking garage was ridiculously tight but we made it work. Parking is just under $30 per Night.

This place has units on 12 floors, with a really nice location and they offer a delicious complimentary breakfast.

The tub faucet and spigot were both broken. A prior visitor probably used them for leverage, while getting out of the tub.

The room. Well appointed and I loved the comfortable bed! Housekeeping very efficient and friendly. Clean, clean and well-maintained. Central.

The shuttle to my conference site (marriott) was just never available. Not too far to walk, but it was pouring rain all weekend...
